You can choose to become a "working CSA member" by volunteering at the farm for a lower-price CSA share. See the CSA registration form for the specific volunteering discount and corresponding volunteer hours expected throughout the season. Both more physically intense field work and less physically intensive vegetable, flower, and herb preparation work is available, so people of all abilities have the opportunity to volunteer. For example, bunching and boxing vegetables and herbs could be done while sitting. You may also volunteer at our CSA check-in table during distribution and meet all of our members! All volunteer opportunities at the farm are stewarded by our nonprofit partner, Seed Song Center.
